You can also reach us outside the office at (802) 855-1154. Leave a message and your call will be returned as soon as possible.
How long is the lease? Since most our tenants are college students, ALL of our leases correspond with the campus’s school year and run from June 1st to May 25th. Depending on when you are checking our site, you may see that many of our units are already rented. However, if you are looking to rent for the following school year, we recommend you start looking in late fall of the previous year. It is around this time, that our current tenants begin let us know if they will be continuing their lease for the following year. The website is updated regularly to reflect new openings.
